ACCU-CLEAR Reserve Series pleated cartridge line has been developed to meet the process needs and throughput requirements of the wine industry. This high performance range of filter cartridges are constructed of pleated glass microfiber filter medium laminated to a non-woven polyester support. The uniform pore structure of the filter medium provides consistent removal of particles from 1.0 to 40 µm. The high surface area of the ACCU-CLEAR filters ensure long life cycles and low initial pressure drops.
Cartridge hardware components are constructed of high purity polypropylene materials that can be safely used in critical process applications. ACCU-CLEAR cartridges are constructed and assembled in a clean room environment to minimize the possibility of contamination. ACCU-CLEAR Reserve Series cartridges are available in a wide range of configurations to fit most commercially available filter housings.

OMNI-CLEAR Reserve PES Pleated Cartridges are manufactured with advanced hydrophilic polyethersulfone membranes and all polypropylene components.
OMNI-CLEAR Reserve PES Pleated Cartridges provide reliable particle retention to effectively achieve microbiological stability without the use of heat or chemicals. OMNI-CLEAR 0.2 µm and 0.45 µm filters provide significant microorganism reduction. Purolator’s beverage grade filters provide greater than a 7 log reduction value of Brevundimonas diminuta (0.2 µm) and Serratia marcescens (0.45 µm) following the test guidelines stated in ASTM F838-05. OMNI-CLEAR Reserve PES Pleated Cartridges are constructed and assembled in a Class 10,000 Clean Room and are 100% traceable. The cartridges are steam sterilizable and can withstand repeated autoclaving cycles, following standard USP guidelines. OMNI-CLEAR filter cartridges are biologically safe and all materials of construction are FDA listed for food and beverage contact per CFR Title 21. POLY-CLEAR Reserve Series Polypropylene Pleated Filter cartridges deliver high efficiency and consistent filtration of fluids in a wide range of winery applications.
POLY-CLEAR filter cartridges are constructed of pleated, melt blown filter medium that provides particle removal from 0.2 to 50 µm. The high surface area POLY-CLEAR filters
ensure long service life and low initial pressure drops. All cartridge hardware components are high purity polypropylene materials for use in beverage applications. POLY-CLEAR cartridges are manufactured and assembled in a Class 10,000 Clean Room to minimize the possibility of contamination. POLY-CLEAR Series cartridges are available in a wide range of configurations to fit most commercially available filter housings.

media to provide high area, surfactant-free, and non-fiber releasing filtration.
• Multi-layered filter media is optimized for high efficiency
particle removal and high contaminant holding capacity
